Visit our display house or ring us to work out the best home to suit your requirment. Our consultant will be able to show all the informtion you need, research on your land and provide solutions so that you can choose the oerfect home tomachh your your land and your lifestyle.

Design & Approval

Working with our designer, you will be sure to get the inspiration you need to turn your new home into a style that is a true reflection of who you are and what you’re trying to achieve. Once you are happy with the Architectural Plans, we will organize all documents for approval.

Construction

Once we receive all necessary approvals, we will begin the process of construction. Our process is organised through well-planned stages and your dedicated Client Relationship Manager will keep you up-to-date throughout the entire process.

Handover & Warranty

When your new home is presented to you, your dedicated Client Relationship Manager will walk you through each room and demonstrate the many important features of your new home. We will also explain our home building warranty and maintenance program and present you with the manufacturer’s warranty for all your appliances just before handing you the keys to your new home.
